They have acted for a number of people allegedly involved in criminal matters ranging from corruption, theft, fraud, possession of illegal substances, various traffic offences, culpable homicide etc. Our Messrs. Duma and Zitha have dealt with extensive civil matters between private individuals and corporate entities. They have dealt with matters involving the Road Accident Fund, the South African National Roads Agency, The South African Civil Aviation Authority, The National Home Builders Registration Council and various Municipalities. They have extensive experience both in the Magistrates’ and High Courts, but mostly litigate in the High Court. Having done legal collections for various corporate clients, the members of our firm have the necessary knowledge and expertise to assist clients when required with legal collections. We have a policy in regard to legal collections, which assures that a client at the end of the day will not get involved in costly legal excursions. In this regard we believe in proper management and communication between the attorney and the client in regard to processes to be instituted and the assessment of costs on an ongoing basis. Our team is very knowledgeable on the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act.
